A. No worries we are starting off medium impact for the 1st month and gradually increasing the workouts.
We don’t expect you to keep up with those who have been in the program for months or years.
Even doing a modified workout at FFL, you are guaranteed to shed those pounds.
A. Our instructors as well as our members will help you along the way. Not only will we motivate you inside of the facility,
but we also have a support system outside where members communicate daily with one another
keeping each other focused.

Hi my name is Naja and I am 15 years old. I joined fit4life bootcamp a few weeks ago and I love it. it’s fun and you don’t even realize your working out. If you can’t keep up no one will judge you. You instantly lose weight. Once you start you wont be able to stop. After you do the first day of this bootcamp you will feel so refreshed and so proud of yourself; I know I was.
I have been looking for a workout to help me lose weight for the last two years and I havn’t found anything, until now. Not to be cheesy but this community is a dream come true. I don’t even like working out but now I do. I only like lifting weights. Anything that has to do with cardio is a no no. when I started this I no longer have a problem with cardio. My favorite class is the step off; I absolutely love it.

First, in order to lose belly fat you will have to limit or rid your diet of the following: pastries, cakes, sodas, chips, ice creams, and other simple carbohydrates and sugars. Each of these are a waste of calories and should be considered belly fat friendly. Try to replace white breads with whole grain, sodas with water, and chips and ice creams with nuts, fruits, and yogurt.
Second, you will need to start an exercise program that allows you to reach your target heart rate and maintain it for 30-60 minutes per day. This means high intensity training (squat jumps, jumping jacks, running in place, box jumps, butt kickers, rope jumping, frog jumps, mountain climbers, and etc.) and cardio-vascular exercises (running, stair climbing, biking, swimming, brisk walking, elliptical training, soccer, basketball, dancing, zumba, and etc.). Whoever said losing belly fat would be easy and painless LIED! It will take very hard work and often times your mental toughness will be tested. However, the results are well worth the struggle.
The real secret to losing belly fat is to lose the weight. Hundreds of crunches will strengthen the abdominal muscle under the belly fat but will do little to shrink the belly fat. Losing weight requires a balanced diet and exercise program. There is no magic pill or machine. There is no ancient secret to losing it fast. There is no easy way out. The honest truth: prepare to work hard and be disciplined or prepare to have that belly fat forever

Because I had been working out on my own for years, and stopped losing weight after 45lbs. I stopped pushing myself, and needed motivation. I was also (which is my favorite phrase from Felicia) "been working out just to eat" I needed some structure to what I was putting into my body.
Awful! I took a lot of hot baths, did a lot of stretching, and had plenty of ibuprofen! I remember thinking I would throw up during each class, and I think even my hair was sore!
Drastically! I actually enjoy eating healthy, because of the way it makes me feel. The couple times I splurged, made me feel awful. You really are what you eat, but if you don't allow your body to adjust to the healthy food, you never realize that! I have structured meals and snacks, and feel fulfilled!
Jacks. Only because at first, they hurt every part of my body, and I struggled with just a few sets. Now they continue to be challenging, but I can do more, and feel the benefit of the cardio more than the pain of the movements. It's a measuring stick for my fitness.
Do it! The workouts are great, and it forces you to push yourself further than you think you can go. You always leave feeling accomplished! It has made me feel amazing about my body and what it can do. It's also a place you can go where you know people understand your struggle with workouts, and changing your eating habits.
Follow the meal plan religiously, as hard as it is at first, and after the first month it will become habit. It gets easier to turn down sweets and snacks the longer you stick with it. I never gave anything long enough to work, and trust me, it works!
The classes are high energy, and fun! Felicia always has a new challenge for you to try, and it doesn't get boring like some classes, its never the same routine.
I have turned into someone I never thought I could be. Someone who makes smart choices about what I eat, and looks forward to work outs, and calorie burning. I have also started running 5 miles a day (which even I can't believe), and I'm doing the Akron marathon on a relay team in September. I never would have began running if my fitness level wasn't increased with the help of boot camp, and I certainly never would have thought I'd be doing a marathon.
